AASHTO Statement Regarding COVID-19
Please know that AASHTO’s first priority is the health, safety and well-being of our attendees, volunteers and staff attending any AASHTO meetings. We continue to monitor the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and World Health Organization’s statements and guidance closely. The COVID-19 pandemic continues to affect traveling for in person meetings and events. As a result, all in person AASHTO Meetings through the end of June 2021 have been cancelled and will be held virtually. Please check our meetings calendar for the current list of scheduled meetings.
AASHTO’s standard meeting cancellation policy is in effect. Should the situation change, we will issue an update on this page and adjust our cancellation policy, if appropriate. If you have specific concerns, contact Monica Russell, AASHTO’s Director of Meetings & Member Services.
AASHTO Cancellation Policy for Meeting Registration Regarding COVID-19
